It Continues. Today with Vitali (6 years old):
The last snow was still lying in the streets outside when six-year-old Vitali stormed to our table in one of the many help centers in Odesa a few weeks ago. And immediately went for the box of candies while his mother joined the queue of waiting people. When Ludmila's turn came, it turned out that she was not Vitali's mother, but a stranger caregiver.
Mother Raped
Vitali was brought here together with his seriously injured mother as an internally displaced person from the Kherson area. Vitali had to watch how his mother was brutally raped by Russian soldiers and is now being operated on in the hospital. After Ludmila showed us her papers, we were able to support her immediately and uncomplicated with our cash help, which allowed her to provide for Vitali for the next few days and get some things for Vitali's mother.
Immediate Help: Cash Help
Human Front Aid is one of the very few organizations in Ukraine that provides the often bitterly needed immediate aid to directly affected people who are torn from a completely normal life from one moment to the next and suddenly find themselves absolutely destitute and without any social safety net. In countless cases over the past two years, it was precisely this immediate, unbureaucratic and uncomplicated immediate aid that allowed people to bridge the sudden life-threatening abyss for the moment and take the next steps.
Through lean structures and the well-coordinated helper network on site, the association founded by Bernese Bänz Margot succeeds in using donations 1:1 without any deduction and adapted to the most urgent needs of the moment to reach those most in need of this inhumane war.
Your donation arrives quickly, directly and effectively with the innocent war victims. Initiator Bänz Margot and team are happy to inform you completely openly and transparently about finances upon request. But even more important than your donation is that you make your circle aware of our initiative and call for donations.
In deepest gratitude from Ukraine,
Bänz Margot and the Human Front Aid team.
